Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 500 gmChicken Breasts; chopped |
| 2 Leeks; chopped |
| 1 tsGarlic; minced |
| 2 tbFlour - Plain |
| 1 tbDijon mustard |
| 1 canEvaporated milk |
| 1/2 cupPeas |
| 1/2 cupCorn |
| 1/2 cupCheese; grated |
| 1 cupBreadcrumbs |
| 2 cupPasta |
Chicken - Creamy chicken and leek bake Preparation
Cook pasta and drain
Cook chicken and leek in oil and garlic
Add flour and Mustard. Stir through
Stir in the Evaporated Milk, corn and peas
Add pasta
Stir through most of the cheese
Put ingredients into greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and cheese
Bake until brown
