| 6 Eggs |
| 1 package8 oz cream cheese |
| 1 can (12 oz)Evaporated milk |
| 1 can (12 oz)Condensed milk |
| 2 teaspoonsVanilla |
| 1 cupSugar |
| 1/4 cupWater |
flan de queso Preparation
Pour sugar and water into mold and bake on high for 7 to 8 minutes. When caramel is ready, pour into flan mold and let dry(until it gets hard).
In blender, pour in the remainder of the ingredients and mix for 3 minutes. Pour into mold and bake on high for 12 to 13 minutes.
take out of oven and leave covered for 10 minutes.
