| 1 poundlasagna noodles |
| 1 48-oz. jar spaghetti sauce |
| 2 packets taco seasoning |
| 24 -32 ounces shredded cheddar or monterey jack |
| 1 smallcan jalepeno peppers or green chiles |
| sour; cream |
| picante; sauce |
Amy's Spicy Taco Lasagna Preparation
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain well. Add taco seasoning
with ? cup water. Mix thoroughly.
Spray the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Put 1 layer of
noodles, a layer of cheese, meat, sauce with chiles or peppers. Continue
layering and cover the top with cheese.
Bake, covered with foil, for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an
additional 15 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving with picante sauce and sour cream.
Notes
Use no-boil lasagna noodles, if possible.
