Italian Chicken and Vegetable Pasta

Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 10 ouncesBoneless skinless chicken breast; chopped |
| 1/2 cupItalian dressing |
| 2 cupsBroccoli Florets |
| 1 smallOnion; sliced thin |
| 1 largeRed bell pepper; chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsParsley; chopped |
| 8 ouncesRotini Pasta |
| 1/4 cupParmesan Cheese; grated |
Italian Chicken and Vegetable Pasta Preparation
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Heat large skillet to med-high
- Add 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Add chicken and onions saute till chicken is no longer pink
- Add broccoli and red pepper cook till tender
- Add parsley and cook 1 min
- Drain pasta and toss into the chicken/vegetable mixture with remaining dressing
- Heat through and serve topped with grated parmesan
