Great appetizer.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Blend the artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mayo and garlic powder in a food processor. 3.Stir in the shredded mozzarella. 4.Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
