Put your pork roast in crock pot. Pour soup packet and water over roast, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours. When roast is tender and easily comes apart with fork, remove from crock pot and shred meat. Return to crock pot and mix in bbq sauce of your choice. Let cook for another half hour to an hour.
Eat on bun of your choice. Top with cole slaw or extra bbq sauce if desired.
