They tasted wonderful!! I had problems with cooking the coconut cups. I cooked them 10 min and I thought the tops were going to burn but the rest of the cup wasn't cooked enough. Does anyone have any suggestions? They still tasted good.

This isn't a very well-put recipe, Patdehkittycat18. The way it's written it does seem like the first 2 lines are to just make the filling, but no. The 2nd sentence is actually meant to be how to make the cups. This is how it should read: Filling: In a small sauce pan add cream, vanilla and chocolate. Melt slowly over medium low heat stirring occationally. Cups: Lightly whisk egg whites and sugar for a minute or so, add coconut and mix well. (Two extra words really make a difference, no? ;)

This recipe came out exactly like the photo did. I even calculated the calorie count per tart (275 calories). Great recipe.
