Didn't feel like going out for fast food or groceries so my girlfriend found random things to cook together.
First boil your potatoes. Once the potatoes are close to being finished drain and cube them.
Take out a sauce pan and start your sauce using the butter and milk. Set aside. Next take out a deep skilliet, or wok. Throw in your sliced sausage and baby onion. Let cook for a few minutes then add the corn and the cubed potatoes. Now add the sauce to the mix. Bring to a boil then let simmer until onions and potatoes are cooked to taste.
I also used emerils essence to taste. It gave a little added kick to the whole dish.
Also if you want to add one more step you can pop it in the oven for 10 minutes to
add a little more crisp.
Just make sure that your potatoes are cooked to your taste!
Also add the sauce earlier if things start to stick to the pan.
