Grated Carrot Sallad
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 300 ggreated carrots (about 3) |
| 1/2 yellow pepper, finely chopped |
| 1 trayalfalfa sprouts |
| 2 Tolive oil |
| 1/2 Tred wine vinegar |
| 1/2 tspsalt |
| 1/2 tspwhite pepper |
| 80 gpumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds |
Grated Carrot Sallad Preparation
Roast seeds in a frying pan on high heat in a dry pan, about 3 minutes. Mix everything together. Eat!
