2 (5 oz) cansChuck light tuna in water; Drained
2 mediumcelery stalks; chopped
1 mediumcarrot; shredded
1/2 mediumred pepper; chopped
1/4 cuplight mayonnaise
3 tablespoonsnonfat plain yogurt
lemon juice
black pepper

Healthy Tuna Salad Preparation

In medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, carrot, red pepper, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
