The most delicious clam recipe ever. The sauce is so versatile that it can be used for most seafood.
Add the garlic to a pot with a bit of olive oil for cooking.
Cook for a few minutes then add the butter and wine. Let the butter and wine reduce for about 15 minutes.
You can either steam the clam atop the liquid or you can toss the in and seal the pot. Before serving add lemon juice and parsley for presentation.
I have actually made this recipe with canned minced clams and I just tossed them in liquid and let them cook, I added in small chunks of Italian sausage and made it into a Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and a little bit of basil. It was amazing!
You can use the same base for other seafood as well. It's Delish with shrimp!
