POUND PEPPER INTO STEW MEAT AND MARINATE OVERNITE IN THE REFRIGERATOR. COMBINE THE TOMATOES, PICKLED PEPPERS, BEER, AND JALAPENOS AND BOIL THEM, THEN REDUCE TO A SIMMER. ADD THE BEANS, ONION, BELL PEPPERS, AND MARINATED MEAT AND BRING BACK ALMOST TO A BOIL. ADD SEASONING TO TASTE. SIMMER THE ENTIRE BATCH FOR 2 HOURS. SERVE WITH HOMEMADE CORNBREAD. NOTE: THE MORE SEEDS YOU LEAVE IN THE JALAPENO PEPPERS, THE HOTTER THE CHILI!!!
