Ingredients
| 2 tbBarbecue sauce |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1/2 cOnions; finely chopped |
| 1 tsDried basil |
| 1 Stalkcelery; chopped |
| 1 cbutter beans; Canned |
| 3/4 cBarley; cooked |
| 1/2 cQuick oatmeal; uncooked |
| 1 1/2 tbSoy sauce |
| 3/4 cBulgur; cooked |
| 1 Clovegarlic; finely minced |
| Black Pepper; to taste |
Vegetarian Burgers (The Uncow Burger) Preparation
With a fork or potato masher, mash beans just slightly. They should be chunky, not pureed. Add the rest of the ingredients and form 6 patties. Spray skillet with oil and brown patties on both sides.
