This is a party staple here in Wisconsin! It is always a hit and I am warning you... It is very addicting
1) Mix all ingredients (except the bagels!) together in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer.
2) Pour into a serving bowl and place bagels that have been cut into wedges around the dip bowl.
