A tasty and healthy Italian style salad meal
Chop the vegetables, olive and herbs and mix them all together in a large salad bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and pepper.
Drain the tin of tuna, flake the tuna with a fork and mix it into the salad.
Add the mayonnaise mix into the salad and mix.
Cook the dried pasta to al dente, as per the packet instructions.
Drain the pasta and serve onto 4 plates.
Serve the salad on top of the pasta.
