1 1/2 lbGround Turkey or Beef
1 BoxOld El Paso Soft Taco Dinner
1/2 CupWater
15.25 oz CanBlack Beans; drained and rinsed
10.75 oz CanCampbell's Condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
1 CupMild Salsa; divided
4 oz pkgShredded Cheese

Taco Lasagna Preparation

1) Preheat large nonstick saute pan on medium-high 2-3min. Add ground turkey; brown 5-7min, stirring to crumble meat, or until no pink remains. Add seasoning packet (from dinner kit) and water; cook 1-2min to reduce liquid.

2) Stir in beans and cheese soup; cook and stir 2-3min or until hot. Reduce heat to medium-low. Remove 3 cups of the meat mixture from pan. Make an overlapping layer with half of the tortillas (3-5); spread 1/2 cup salsa, then 1 1/2 cups beef mixture over the tortillas. Repeat.

3) Top with shredded cheese and cover; cook 10-15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with taco sauce and salsa.

Notes

Complete your meal by adding any of your favorite taco toppings, such as black olives, sliced jalapenos, diced onions, and sour cream.
