1 pkgSugar Cookie Mix; (prepare cookie dough)
1 CupSugar
16 ozCream Cheese
1 tspLemon Juice
3 ozApricot preserves
2 TblFruit Juice
Fruit; (strawberries, mandarins, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries, blackberries, etc)

Fruit Pizza Preparation

1) Prepare cookie dough according to package directions. Pat into 12 inch pan forming rim. Bake according to package directions. Then cool.

2) Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice in bowl; mix well.

3) Spread mixture on crust. Arrange fruit over top.

4) Mix apricot preserves with fruit juice and drizzle over fruit.

Refrigerate until serving.
