Original recipe makes 4 Servings
4 tablespoonsbutter
1/2 cupbrown sugar
4 salmon filets
1/3 cupbourbon whiskey

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze Preparation

Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar. Place salmon filets on top of brown sugar mixture. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Turn salmon and pour bourbon whiskey around the filets. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Spook glaze over the salmon and serve.
