Vegetarian Lasagne
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 cGrated Mozzarella cheese |
| Salt, pepper, onion powder, |
| 1/2 Box lasagne noodles, cooked |
| 10 ozPkg frozen spinach, thawed |
| 1 Large-ish jar prepared |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 lb(or close to it) pkg Ricotta |
| 1/2 cGrated Parmesan cheese |
Vegetarian Lasagne Preparation
From: Freddi Michael This has pleased many meat eaters at my table. Its quite hearty. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Beat eggs. Beat in Ricotta cheese until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan and spinach. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. In loaf pan, place a thin layer of tomato sauce. Layer 1/2 each
