Ready in 40 minutes
So easy... put in the oven and eat in 30 min. Be sure to use chicken cutlets for fastest cook time and no pre-cooking.
"My husband is the pickiest eater ever. And he loved this. I did make slight changes but not much. Used tenders instead of breasts. Seasoned with seasoning salt garlic salt n a dash of pepper. Fried on skillet just to brown with some pam. And for the stuffing only added 1c of water. Added spinach to it as well. Boiled that for 5 min and did not precook broccoli. The steam is good in the packets that it will cookbthe broccoli just fine. Also cooked it for 35 min. Came out PERFECT!!! even my 2&3 yr old loved this. Ty so much for the post!!!! Will def make again!"- mommy2pt

Many people are precooking, searing, or something else to the chicken. The whole point is to have a quick and easy no clean up meal. 6 oz cutlets work the best in this recipe and bring it to perfection at the thirty minute cooking time.

Corwin26 2 weeks agoI agree with the others in so much as that they were too salty, otherwise bland and the texture was very mushy and wet. I would not go so far to say a a few others said that it was a disaster, but it is true that no one liked it, sorry.
Brian07920 2 weeks agoI finally pulled this recipe out of my 'try soon' list. It was a hit. To speed up cooking I cut the chicken into smaller pieces. I followed prior irecommendations to use chicken broth and used herbed stuffing along with adding some other seasonings.
cherry3 2 weeks agoThe only thing I did differently was mix the stuffing with chicken broth instead of water and cook for 1 hour. My picky eater ate this, no extra seasoning needed. Adding this to my collection!
joleinesigler 3 weeks agoI love this recipe, but I have to say that if you want to make this in 30 minutes, you do have to precook the chicken a bit. I made this with 6oz cutlets, did not precook the chicken and it took 60 minutes! By then the stuffing was a bit mushy.
jacquelyn_r_messenger 1 month agoVery good, easy recipe that was perfect for a weeknight. I cubed the chicken and added garlic powder and pepper. My husband said it was like Thanksgiving all wrapped up! Will definitely make this again.
kristaramartin 1 month agoREAD READ READ I'm a review surfer and here's a combo of the best, use chicken broth in stuffing and reduce account by a quarter to third (liquid from streaming broccoli will add the rest of needed liquid, otherwise it will be runny). cut chicken breast into thirds and lightly pan cook with unsalted seasonings of desire/taste, use frozen broccoli (I threw in a little frozen corn also). Top with cheese (I used cheddar and mozzarella) then topped with cooked crispy bacon which I doubled because let's face it, I love bacon lol thirty minutes on 400, five to rest then serve. Delicious, (do not use any salted seasonings on this recipe)
silverfox2951 1 month agoVery good recipe! Thank you! For those of you that pre-cook the chicken, that defeats the purpose of cooking an entire meal in foil with very little clean up. It does not need to be pre-cooked. Just bake longer.
juggernautjb 1 month agoreally good
scaaan5 1 month agoStuffing became mush and it took 1 hr to cook chicken not 30 min like recipe states. My dinner party was a disaster.
theladycancook 2 months agoIn the oven!
Aknouff 2 months agoHubby loved it! It came out a little salty for my taste. I will probably omit bacon or use a tiny bit next time. Otherwise, awesome chicken dish!
PatyandJoey 2 months agoMy hubby & I loved it! Added a little bit more of ranch & used real bacon bits, tasted really good.

susieq_64 3 months agoI just made this for supper tonight. I precook my chicken plus I use bbq sauce instead of the ranch dressing because none of us care for it. This is a delicious meal in a package.
