1 packageStuffing mix; chicken flavor
1 1/4 cupWater
24 ounceBoneless skinless chicken breast; 6oz each
4 cupsBroccoli Florets
1 cupShredded chedar cheese
4 slicesCooked bacon; crumbled
4 tablespoonRanch dressing

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15) Preparation

- Oven to 400

- Spray 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil with oil.

- Combine stuffing mix and water.

- Spoon 1/4 of the stuffing mixture onto the center of each foil sheet.

- Top stuffing with a 6oz. chicken breast half.

- Top chicken with 1 c. broccoli.

- Sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese and 1 slice of bacon, crumbled.

- Drizzle with 1 T. ranch dressing

- Bring up foil sides and fold to seal, leaving room for heat circulation inside

- Place packets on a cookie sheet and bake 25-30 mins

- Remove packets and let stand 5 mins

- Cut sits in foil for steam before opening.

instead of ranch dressing... use cream of chicken soup... I make this without the stuffing, and it turns out great!

I was disappointed. It was good, but not terrific. It tasted somehow 'odd' to me. I think it was the ranch dressing that didn't work for my palate. Also the stuffing underneath got mushy. I will try again because it holds promise. I will omit the ranch dressing and use only 1 cup of water for the stuffing. I so appreciate other reviewers! Thanks.

Made this tonight and it was very good. I used only 1 cup of water and frozen broccoli. I did brown the chicken first, so all cooked well and the stuffing was moist. Will have again!

My result looked just like the main picture, and boy did it taste FANTASTIC!!! The stuffing at the bottom was a great touch and gave it a great flavor. I'll definitely make this again :)

I definitely will be making this again. Although, instead of Individually wrapping each breast of chicken, as to me it is a lot of chicken, I will make it in a casserole dish, with strips of chicken breasts. I also seasoned the chicken. Very tasty meal though. And used extra ranch on top. :)

The idea is great... But I have to say the combo of flavors are odd. I will most definitely season and sear the chicken first next time and prob omit the ranch.

Delicious and so easy! I love all-in-one meals, anyway, and this one is even better because there is no clean up! I took another reviewer's tip and seasoned the chicken and seared it first. So easy for quick weeknight mealA new favorite!

This was very good! I did pan sear the chicken first in a little of the bacon fat and seasoned with salt & pepper. The only thing I didn't like was that the stuffing was crispy that was touching the bottom of the foil. Next time I might try to make it as a casserole with smaller prices of chicken!

Took the advice and pan seared the chicken before baking using garlic and herb seasoning. Also sliced potatoes to add along with the broccoli based on other reviews, and that was good too. I did add extra cheese and extra ranch, only used 1 cup of water for the stuffing. My husband really liked it but thought it was definitely an odd combination of flavors lol. My mom gobbled it up and so did I. All and all, a very good somewhat rich but delicious dish. Will definitely be making again.
