This recipe works better if you season and par grill the chicken first and if you DO NOT prepare the stuffing on the stove first, but rather let the moisture expressed from the cooking chicken soak the dry stuffing mix. Next time I try it, I'll use uncooked white rice instead of stuffing and I'll save the ranch for a garnish AFTER it comes out of the oven. But good combination of flavors and quick clean up!
I cut up the chicken into pieces and cooked at 500? and that foil seemed to be the best one I made. Great dinner tho. Everyone was impressed and SO filling! I'll definitely make it again and maybe add BBQ sauce as well.
