Original recipe makes 6 Servings
2 poundHamburger; Browned
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1 cupRice; White or Brown
1/4 cupGreen Pepper; Chopped
2 cupsShredded Cheese; Mexican
1/2 teaspoonBlack Pepper
1 canTomato Sauce
1/4 cupOnion; Chopped
1 TablespoonChili Powder

Hamburger Casserole Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain excess grease. Mix browned hamburger, 1 cup cheese and the rest of the ingredients together in one large casserole dish. Spread the other cup of cheese on top of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Delicious!
