Italian Marinated Bean Salad
This is a great, light, side dish to serve with grilled chicken, pork, or seafood; and it's a great choice for summer potlucks or parties. You can make it the night before because it's flavor is best after marinating over night, there's no mayo so it can handle sitting out at a party, and the best part is it's healthy and very delicious!
"We eat this a lot during summer with just about any kind of grilled meat or seafood!! It is very refreshing, light, healthy, quick and easy... just like summer food should be!! Even my little ones love to eat this, it's so colorful and fun looking they can't resist!" - tripletmamaYield: 6 Servings Ready in 15 minutes
