Bowling for Pizza
|1/3 cupcanned crush tomatoes|
|1 stick light string cheese|
|1 cupsliced mushrooms|
|1 cupsliced green pepper|
|1 boca original mealtless burger; thawed and chopped|
|1/2 cupdiced tomatoes|
|1 teaspoonreduced fat parmesan|
|8 sliced turkey pepperoni; chopped|
|1 tablespoonsliced black olives|
|Crushed; red pepper|
Bowling for Pizza Preparation
Season crushed tomatoes with spices listed and set aside. Tear string cheese and roughly chop and set aside.
In a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, cook mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion over medium heat until softened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add chopped boca patty, diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes and continue cooking until heated through, about 3 minutes.
Transfer to a micro safe bowl and immediately sprinkle with cheese, parm, pepperoni and olives.
Micro for about 30 seconds, just long enough to heat through and soften the cheese.
Per serving..284 calories, 7g fat, 1025mg sodium, 28.5g carbs, 9.25g fiber 11g sugar, 30.5g protein
