El Ginormo Oven Baked Southwest Omlette 188
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 cupsfat free egg substitues |
| 1/2 cupfat free milk |
| 1/2 cupreduced fat cheese blend |
| 1/2 cp chopped red bell pepper |
| 1/2 cupchopped onion |
| 1/2 cupblack beans; drained and rinsed |
| 1/2 corn |
| 1/4 cupdiced green chilies |
| 1 tablespoonminced garlic |
| 1 teaspooncumin0 |
| 1/2 teaspoontaco seasoning |
El Ginormo Oven Baked Southwest Omlette 188 Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Line a deep casserole with foil. Spray lightly sides as well as bottom
In a large bowl, combine substitute, milk, cumin, and taco seasoning. Whisk mixture for 1 minutes until thoroughly mixed.
Add all of the other ingredients and mix well. Carefully transfer egg mixture to the casserole.
Bake in the oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until the top had puffed and the center is firm. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
Cut into four slices.
