Original recipe makes 2 Servings
8 ouncesboneless chicken cut into chunks
1/4 cupfiber one bran cereal
1 ounce; (about14) Pringle light fat free bbq potato chips
3 tablespoonsfranks red hot
Cayenne; pepper sauce
Onion; powder
Garlic; powder
Cayenne; pepper
Black; pepper salt

Preheat oven to 375.

In a blender, grind fiber one to a bread crumb consistency

Crush potato chips completely. In a small bowl mix chips, crumbs, Season with seasonings.

Place chicken in a separate dish. Cover with franks red hot and toss to coat

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Give each chicken a shake so it's not dripping with sauce. Coat evenly with crumb mixture. Lay on baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes. Flip nuggets and bake 10 minutes more or until crispy and cooked through

    I used chicken breasts and cut them into small bite sized. They had good flavor, not too hot. Next time I would let the chicken soak in the hot sauce for awhile. Zip lock bags work well for the hot sauce & dry ingredients.
