stevehill1 ,Serving size threw me off since I consider a serving the equivalent of one meal, so I adjusted it to 20 for 4 of us and used a regular muffin tin. Made 7 total, but they were very good.10y
iimorgans ,This was so easy and yummy we made it for supper one night and again the next morning for breakfast..was a hit with my 2 yr old.11y
haileydickens ,In my opinion, one of the greatest additions to any kind of omelet or frittata is thinly sliced scallions.11y
mrs_reasor ,So yummy!! Made these Christmas morning and everyone gobbled them up! I used a regular 12 cup muffin pan instead, parsely flakes instead of fresh, crumbled sausage and bacon instead of ham, and finely shredded cheddar & monterey jack cheeses instead of parmesan. Wow, they were good! The sausage really kicked up the flavor! The family loved them!11y
kathryningram ,Easy, quick, and good! We substituted montery jack for the parmesan and chives for the parsley.11y
jenniferricecollins ,Love that you can tailor individual prefs for family members. Fill closer to 1/2 full or they "poof" up over the top of the pan.11y
ashmonster1015 ,Loved it!! Made it for the first time this morning, and family loved it too! :)11y
marcieschlecht ,My family loved these. I added bacon to mine. I also added tomato after I removed from oven. I baked mine for about 5 minutes longer.11y
carolinamonaco ,Great recipe. I roasted capsicum and zucchini the night before and marinated over night in extra virgin olive oil and the put in the frittatas the next day. they were so moist and beautiful12y
awspilke ,Awesome. Ilove the individual servings. added turkey sausage. kids devoured it.. will make again soon12y
