| 4 Roma Tomatoes; halved with the seeds taken out |
| 1 5oz. canWhite Albacore Tuna; drained and flaked |
| 4 TablespoonsMayonaise |
| 1/4 cupPepperjack Cheese; finely diced |
| 1 stalkCelery; finely chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoonMinced Onion |
| 1/2 teaspoonDijon Mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoonDried Rosemary; ground |
| 1 teaspoonSweet Relish |
| pinchGarlic Powder |
| Salt and Pepper; to taste |
Tuna Salad in Roma Tomato Boats Preparation
In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna, mayonnaise, cheese and celery. Season with minced onion, dijon mustard, rosemary, relish, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Spoon into halved tomatoes. Garnish with dried Parsley if so desired.
