Original recipe makes 30 Servings
1 lbChicken Breast
2 8 ozblocks of Cream Cheese
1 5 ozbottle of Franks Red Hot
1 cupRanch Dressing
4 cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese

Buffalo Chicken Dip Preparation

Cook the chicken in a large skillet until done, set aside to cool.

When cool, shred.

Put chicken back in to the skillet along with the two blocks of cream cheese and melt.

Remove from heat and add the Franks Red Hot and stir till blended.

Then add the Ranch Dressing and stir till blended

Place in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover with foil, bake in oven 30 minutes @ 350 or until cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Very good and simple...I just dumped all the ingredients into a small slow cooker and let them simmer. Just remember to stir to help the cheese melt. Yum-o!
