Get the best jumbo lump crab meat you can find. The fresher the better

1 lbjumbo lump crab meat
3 shakesgarlic salt
1 cupsour cream
1/2 of thejuice from fresh lemon
2 8 ozblocks of cream cheese
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
4 TBLMayo
Old Bay to taste

Crab Dip Preparation

Make sure you double pick the crab meat to get all the shells out.

Combine all except shredded cheddar cheese and old bay

Spread in a casserole dish and top with Cheddar, bake 25-30 minutes at 325.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with Old Bay

Serve with sliced pita bread.

This recipe was really good. I would suggest serving it when there is a group of 6 adults or more. My wife and two children meant there was a lot left over.
