Great on a hot summer day. Nice to cool off with a slice of cold pie.

Original recipe makes 6 Servings
2 cupsmilk
4 Eggs
1/2 stickbutter (melted)
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupflour
1 tspvanilla
1/4 tspsalt

Baked Custard Preparation

In a blender combine all.

Pour into a greased 9 inch deep dish pie plate.

Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes and then cool for 1 hour
