3 Eggs
3/4 cuplight brown sugar
3/4 cupsugar
3/4 cupflour
1/2 cupbutter (melted and cooled)
1/4 cupvegetable oil
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 1/2 cupssemi sweet chocolate chips
1 unbaked pie crust

Chocolate Chip Pie Preparation

Beat Eggs until foamy. Beat in sugars, flour, butter, oil & vanilla until well blended.

Stir in chips, pour into pie shell

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours

The first time I made this I didn't let the butter cool enough and it ruined it. So make sure it's cooled thoroughly.

I was expecting something better. This took forever to bake and would cook! When it was finally done I tried a piece, pretty good!

Very tasty, just the sweet treat I was craving. I baked at 350F for 1 hr, needed another 5 mins possibly. Gooey with a thin, crackly, perfect top crust.
