SO easy, feels like magic.
Grease a cookie sheet. Mix 1 cup of sugar, peanut butter, egg and vanilla with spoon till combined.
Roll dough in to balls the size of a walnut. Dip a fork in the left over sugar and then press into cookie then into sugar and cross your last fork impression.
Bake for 12 minutes @ 350. When you remove from oven sprinkle a little more sugar over cookies.
NOTE***The recipe only calls for 1 cup sugar in the mix, the 1/3 cups is to dip your fork in to make your criss crosses, I think this is why others have said it was gritty, they were not reading the instructions above***
