Delicious and crispy

"Made it yesterday and it was great. I cooked it for about 30 mintues and the fish was a little overcooked but still good. I had alot of the cheese mixture left so i added a bunch more on too. And i followed some advice in sprying some olive oil and it came out cruchy. I also added a little more salt and a little garlic power to the mixture just to have a little more flavor. Will make many more times. "

It was good. Not enough coating for my fish, though. I had to make another batch of the parm/flour mixture to coat all 4 pieces.

Pretty tasty. I sprayed the tops of the fish with cooking spray so it would be a little crusty.
