Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 1/2 lbsground beef |
| 1 cupdry bread crumbs |
| 1 tspsalt |
| 1/4 tsppepper |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 tspinstant minced onion |
| 1 can (15 oz)tomato sauce; divided |
| 1/2 cupsugar |
| 2 TBLbrown sugar |
| 2 TBLapple cider vinegar |
| 2 TBLprepared mustard |
Sweet and Sour Meatloaf Preparation
Mix beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and eggs.
Add onion and half of tomato sauce
Form into a loaf and place in a 8 x 8 pan
Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes
Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine sugars, vinegar, mustard and tomato sauce and bring to boil. Pour over meatloaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes

Very good and easy to make!
It can actually do without the 1/2 cup of sugar.... makes it way too sweet to eat.
