Cook Macaroni
Whisk eggs, milk, butter, mustard, season salt and pepper
Stir in velvetta and 1 1/2 cups of both cheeses
Mix w/ macaroni and put into a greased 3 quart dish
Top w/ remaining cheeses and bake @ 350 uncovered for 25 - 30 mintues
