These are good
Beat eggs slightly in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; blend on low speed about 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed until ingredients are well blended and dough forms, about 3 minutes. Shape dough into a ball with hands. If dough does not hold, add 1-2 Tbsp flour or milk.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 F oven for about 12 minutes. Makes about 48 cookies
