1 (10 1/2 oz. can)Chicken with rice soup
1 (10 3/4 oz. can)Cream of chicken soup
1 (5 oz. can)Evaporated milk
1/4 cupWater
2 (5 oz. cans)Chicken; drained
1 (14 1/2 oz. can)French style green beans; drained
1/2 (5 oz. can)Chow mein noodles

8 Can Casserole Preparation

1) Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees. Measure 1/2 c. each of the cheese, french onions, and chow mein noodles into a bowl toss together; set aside for topping.

2) Mix the first 3 cans and water together in a 9x13 baking dish. Next mix the remaining cans, rice and cheese into the dish; mixing well. Sprinkle with the reserved topping.

3) Bake for 20 min. til lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with garlic bread or brown and serve rolls.

(I posted this recipe) This is a go-to recipe when I am in a bind and stumbling to come up with dinner! I also makes a great gift for young adults moving into their own place or going off to college, couples who just had a baby ect... I just buy all the cans and a baking dish; place the items in the dish and tie up with pretty paper, a bow, and the recipe!! Then they have a go to meal too!
