| 2 cupschicken breast; boneless skinless cooked and diced |
| 1 Jar 15 ozAlfredo Sauce |
| 1 1/3 cupChicken broth |
| 1 can 4-6ozgreen chilies; Diced |
| 1 cupcorn; (Frozen) |
| 1 cupMonterey jack cheese; shredded 4 oz |
| 1 cupPepper Jack Cheese; shredded 4 oz |
| 2/3 cupSour cream |
| 1 smallYellow pepper; chopped |
| 1 smallOnion; chopped |
| 5 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 3 teaspoonCumin |
| 1 teaspoonWhite pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoonCayenne pepper |
| -- TOPPING -- |
| Salsa Verde |
| Cilantro; chopped |
White Chili with Alfredo Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a large crockpot and mix together well (excluding toppings)
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or till onions are tender
- Serve topped with Salsa Verde & Cilantro (optional)
