Original recipe makes 8 Servings
2 can (16 oz)Great Northern Beans; drained and rinsed
2 cupschicken breast; boneless skinless cooked and diced
1 Jar 15 ozAlfredo Sauce
1 1/3 cupChicken broth
1 can 4-6ozgreen chilies; Diced
1 cupcorn; (Frozen)
1 cupMonterey jack cheese; shredded 4 oz
1 cupPepper Jack Cheese; shredded 4 oz
2/3 cupSour cream
1 smallYellow pepper; chopped
1 smallOnion; chopped
5 clovesGarlic; minced
3 teaspoonCumin
1 teaspoonWhite pepper
1/2 teaspoonCayenne pepper
-- TOPPING --
Salsa Verde
Cilantro; chopped

White Chili with Alfredo Preparation

- Add all ingredients to a large crockpot and mix together well (excluding toppings)

- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or till onions are tender

- Serve topped with Salsa Verde & Cilantro (optional)
