2 cupsCrushed Pretzels
3/4 cupMelted Butter
1/2 cupSugar
8 ouncesCream Cheese
1 cupPowdered Sugar
2 cupsCool Whip
1 Lg PkgStrawberry Jello
2 cupsBoiling Water
2 10 oz packagesFrozen Strawberries or 1 16 oz. pkg. frozen strawb
1 cupFresh Strawberries- sliced

Strawberry Dessert (aka Terri's Strawberry Thing) Preparation

Crust:

Combine pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Lay sliced strawberries on top of cream cheese layer.

Stir jello and boiling water until disolved. Add frozen strawberries. Put in refrigerator until almost thick. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate till firm.

Notes

Fresh sliced strawberries may be used instead of frozen.
