Nautico's Baked/Broiled Salmon with Dill Sauce

| 1 tablespoonOnion; chopped |
| Pepper; to taste |
Nautico's Baked/Broiled Salmon with Dill Sauce Preparation
1) Make up the dill sauce* in advance for flavors to blend and keep covered in the fridge.
2) Preheat oven to 350. Season filet with "white" Worcestershire marinade, Weber seasoning, butter, onion rings, lemon slices, and wrap in heavy duty foil. Bake in a pan for 20 mins.
3) Expose the filet and broil for 12 mins.
4) Spoon some of the dill sauce over the filet before serving.
*Dill sauce consists of the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, dry mustard, dill weed, garlic salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion.
