Original recipe makes 6 Servings
Salad
1 tinbutter beans
1 tingreen beans; (french cut)
1 tinbaked beans; (in tomato sauce)
1 mediumgreen pepper; (finely chopped)
1 mediumonion; (finely chopped)
Dressing
125 mlwhite vinegar
125 mlsunflower oil
4 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspbasil; (dried)
2 tspdry mustard powder

Three Bean Salad Preparation

Drain the beans, rinse and tip into a serving bowl. Add the green pepper and onion and mix well. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to dissolve the sugar. Pour the dressing over the beans and mix well. Cover and store in the fridge.

Notes

If possible try and use Colmans Hot English Mustard powder as this definitely gives the best taste.
