Sweet and sour, you can control the amount of spice with how much pepper you add. My kids love this and it is a favorite for grilling out. I usually do 1-1/2 to 2X the suggested sauce because we love to dip it as we eat it.
1. Heat grill 5-10 minutes. Cut salmon into 4 serving pieces, sprinkle with pepper salt and ginger
2. Mix marmalade and vinegar in saucepan
3. Place salmon skin side down, on grill. Close and grill 3 min. Brush with vinegar mixture and grill 2-3 min longer.
4. Heat remaining vinegar mixture to boiling. Boil 1 minute and serve with salmon.
