Original recipe makes 15
1 4-oz jarpimientos
1 4-oz jarstuffed green
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
DRESSING
1 tsOnion salt
1 tsSugar
1/4 cdry onion; Minced
1/2 tsPepper
1 Onion; chopped
2/3 cVegetable oil
1/2 tsGarlic salt
1 tsSalt
1 14-oz cansartichoke hearts
3/4 cFresh broccoli flowerets
2/3 cVinegar
3 Ribscelery; chopped
1 8-oz canwater chestnuts; sliced
2 4-oz cansbutton mushrooms
3/4 cFresh cauliflower flowerets
1 tsAccent
1 pkItalian dressing mix

Antipasto Appetizer Preparation

Combine vegetables and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with crackers. Keeps for weeks.
