Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 Prime Beef Ribeyes Steak; cut 1" thick
1 tbsAdams Reserve Rub or Sear n Crust (val verde)
2 cupAbi Dry Wine; or other Dry Wine (Red)
2 cupCookwell ~~amp Co Mango Green Apple Habanera Sauce
2 Shallot; finely diced
2 tablespoonsButter

Grilled Prime Ribeye Steaks with Red Wine Sauce Preparation

Season filets on both sides with Adams Rub

Heat Grill to a medium-high heat abouit 3 minutes; or heat coals until glowing red.

Grill Steaks abouit 4-7 minutes per side or to desired doneness

In a large skillett saute shalot in 1 tbsp. butter add mango sauce and red wine, let liquid reduce by half the volume. Melt Remaining butter into sauce.

Remove steaks to a plate

Pour wine sauce over steaks to serve.
