Sweet potatoes are a healthy alternative to regular baked potatoes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash sweet potatoes. Slather butter on outsides of potatoes. Poke holes in potatoes to let air escape. Individually wrap each sweet potato in foil and bake in 350 degree oven for an hour or until soft. Remove from oven and slice tops of potatoes. Spoon 1 tablespoon of honey butter onto each potato, salt and pepper and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.
