Awesome Brisket recipe which is sweet and tasty. Works great in the crock pot too.

1 Brisket
1 CanTomato Soup
5 Carrots; Cut to peices - add as many as desired
.5 CupApple Cider Vinegar
.33 CupBrown Sugar
1 CupKetchup
1 EnvelopeOnion Soup
1 CanWhole Potatoes
1 PackageLima Beans - Frozen; Optional

Brisket Preparation

Mix Tomato Soup, Vinegar, Sugar, Ketchup, and Onion Soup together

Pour over Brisket in Baking Pan - Add Carrots

Cook for 1 1/2 hours @ 350 degrees

Let cool, then slice it

Add potatoes (canned, whole) and Lima beans

Cook for another 1 1/2 hours

Or put all in Slow cooker and cook on low all day.

Notes

You may want to double sauce if you like a lot of sauce (we do).
