Awesome Brisket recipe which is sweet and tasty. Works great in the crock pot too.

Ingredients
| 1 Brisket |
| 1 CanTomato Soup |
| 5 Carrots; Cut to peices - add as many as desired |
| .5 CupApple Cider Vinegar |
| .33 CupBrown Sugar |
| 1 CupKetchup |
| 1 EnvelopeOnion Soup |
| 1 CanWhole Potatoes |
| 1 PackageLima Beans - Frozen; Optional |
Brisket Preparation
Mix Tomato Soup, Vinegar, Sugar, Ketchup, and Onion Soup together
Pour over Brisket in Baking Pan - Add Carrots
Cook for 1 1/2 hours @ 350 degrees
Let cool, then slice it
Add potatoes (canned, whole) and Lima beans
Cook for another 1 1/2 hours
Or put all in Slow cooker and cook on low all day.
Notes
You may want to double sauce if you like a lot of sauce (we do).
