Mix Tomato Soup, Vinegar, Sugar, Ketchup, and Onion Soup together
Pour over Brisket in Baking Pan - Add Carrots
Cook for 1 1/2 hours @ 350 degrees
Let cool, then slice it
Add potatoes (canned, whole) and Lima beans
Cook for another 1 1/2 hours
Or put all in Slow cooker and cook on low all day.
You may want to double sauce if you like a lot of sauce (we do).
