Cannellini Bean Salad Preparation
In a larg skillet, combine beans, rosmary, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook gently about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
To the skillet add olive oil, onion, prosciutto. Cook on medium for 5 minutes. Add beans, vinega,r salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 12 minutes, covered.
Serve warm or cold.
