Pepperoni Pizza Spread
Original recipe makes 8 cups
| 2 cupsMozzarella; shredded |
| 2 cupsCheddar; shredded |
| 1 cupMayonnaise |
| 1 cupPepperoni; chopped |
| 4 ounceCanned Mushrooms; chopped |
| 1/2 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1/2 cupRed, Yellow or Orange Pepper; chopped |
| 6 ounceCanned Black Olive; sliced |
| 1 cupGreen Stuffed Olives; chopped |
| Crackers or French Bread |
Pepperoni Pizza Spread Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Put in an 11x7x2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350? for 25-30 minutes or until edges are bubbly and brown. serve with crackers, bread or breadsticks.
(do not substitue reduced fat mayo...it will seperate)
